How To Order
What are your holiday ordering procedures?
Halloween through Christmas is an extremely busy time of year. YOU WILL NEVER BE TOO EARLY TO ORDER FOR THE HOLIDAYS! Colleen's Cookies suggests putting the names, addresses, and item selections together as early as possible to insure your holiday arrival. Orders are processed as we receive them, we will not put your order ahead of someone else. Waiting until December to place your order may result in a 7-10 day delay for your order to be filled. During December we are not able to customize orders unless approved prior to the holidays. We do not take extensive phone orders (over 5 names) during the holidays. Please fax your order to
484-932-3944, credit card information is save to send via fax. You may also email customerservice@colleenscookies.com. Do NOT include your credit card information via email.
What about Corporate Orders?
Corporate orders with more than five gifts to be shipped, we suggest you provide your own labels for accuracy. Additional label fees apply over five labels. We will hand write short messages on our gift cards and longer messages will be typed. Should you want business cards or personal notes added to your gifts, please have them to us two days prior to your ship date. Please make sure your company contact person has included phone, email, and the order requested. We are not responsible for misplaced orders without a contact person. We are not responsible for an incorrect address that YOU provided to us. If we made an error in shipping, we will gladly send another order out at our cost. We will notify you as soon as we receive notification that your shipment was returned.
